Dr Mary Clutterbuck was born in New Zealand. Initially training as a registered nurse and midwife, before completing her medical degree and registering as a pediatrician with specialist qualifications in haematology and oncology. Twenty-five years on, Mary made the move to a natural and holistic field of health care. She studied in Sydney at Macquarie University, graduating with a Master of Chiropractic. After this she un post graduate training in nutrition, paediatric chiropractic and the chiropractic treatment of women during pregnancy.

Since graduating she has owned and worked in practices in Sydney and Adelaide. Mary moved to Tasmania in 2015, purchasing a practice in the Huon Valley. She continues to own and practice in the Huonville Chiropractic Centre.

Mary uses a wide range of spinal and peripheral (shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, etc.)joint and soft tissue treatment techniques. Mary maintains a gentle treatment approach, working with the body to achieve optimal health and function. Her treatment approach is tailored to each individual, whether that is an adult or a child. Many of the treatment techniques used were originally developed for treating babies and children.
